Cha cha cha changes

On my way home from work I stand at the Queensboro Plaza train station and look at this building . I liked watching the progression of this building being built but the finished product is a little to clean for me. I do like looking into the apartments while waiting for the train though. I guess the people in this building don’t know about blinds.
